Unprofessional, Unacceptable

This post is dedicated to ranting about customer service to Kuwaitis. No, not in Kuwait, NO! To the ignorant children who think they can make websites and sell things and not commit to them.

So get this, I placed an order on www.kuwait-mall.com, ever heard of it? It sucks ass. I ordered on the 15 of November, imagine! The bill was totaled to 400 KD. To this day, I have not heard from them, nor have they attempted to contact me about the order. The "phone" has been off since the second week after I placed my order, the week I was supposed to recieve it. The nerve.

I was talking to a few of my colleagues and they suggested that I go to the police station and file a report, give them the number, the website, the emails, the reciept and all of it. So after more than a month of waiting, I think I've given the bitch plenty of time to contact me.

La o ba3ad, el wa6ya matrid 3lay bs matadri eni a3arf that she responded to my friends email TWO MINUTES after she sent it. The nerve. =)

It's all good though, popo here I come!
